We are a group of people who have each spent an average of 15 years working in and around Business Change for organisations across the globe, ranging from SME’s to large global businesses in many industry sectors.
How did we end up here?
As a group we felt that we were being constrained by our former organisations, spending more time fighting internal processes than making a difference to our clients’ businesses. We all sought the freedom to innovate and deliver more value to our clients.
How we work
We engage with our clients in many different ways, some in specific areas, some with a wider brief. the common thread however is the momentum we bring and our capability to work with businesses as whole entities.
What makes us tick?
Our key driver is to make the process of ‘change’ a positive and proactive activity. We aim to strip out the un-necessary complexity which can be associated with the Change process, instil confidence and remove the hesitation which constrains many organisations.
While we cannot claim our approach is ‘silver bullet’ we believe that, as part of a coordinated process of change, Minawara can support individuals and organisations to improve their performance and realise tangible benefits as a result.
We believe we have many skills to bring to your organisation. our measure of a successful engagement is our ability to transfer relevant skills into your organisation to build capability and strengthen your team for the future. We take the lead here and very much see it as our responsibility to invest in increasing the body of people with a clear understanding of the positive power of effectively managed change.
